Full Review of Seal Beach for Gay Male Thongers!
I started this blog as a guide to share the best places to wear men's thongs comfortably. This first review is gonna start with a high-note. Seal Beach is most definitely worth taking the time to visit! Even as a native Southern Californian, I never knew until recently how prime this spot is! Most SoCal beaches are long, but not that big (from sidewalk - to water). I've been looking for a chill, discreet beach to soak up some Vitamin D, and this became my new favorite. This is certainly a great starter-beach to try rocking men's skimpy swimwear in public.
Getting to here is a breeze, search up, "Seal Beach Cleanup", and on your Maps app, you'll see the Westernmost part of Seal Beach. This is where you wanna be. As you near it, you'll turn from PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) onto First St, and head straight down into the parking lot. When you see this sign, you know you're in the right spot. Be sure to drive carefully, as there a many dogs out on walks in the neighborhood!
Seal Beach Parking
Parking is small, but fortunately it's never filled up 100% even in the peak of Summer. When you park, make note of your license plate because you need to pay $2/hour & $10 the whole day to enjoy your day there. The machine only takes card or coins, so please come prepared. I have yet to see any security patrolling, making sure who isn't violating their parking permits, but personally I would never risk it. Buy the ticket, put the lil' slip on your dashboard, lock your car, and head out into paradise!

After you pay your fee, get ready to make the trek to the middle of the fucking desert, haha! Initially you'll navigate past some nearby, recently-placed, man-made dunes, before you see the huge clearing.
Seal Beach Dunes
Eventually you'll find a good, calm, isolated spot to set-up shop at. If you choose carefully, you'll easily find somewhere that you can enjoy your peace. If anyone walks near you, know that they most likely saw you from a distance and wanted to sneak a peak. Why else would they come so near!?

Even in the peak of Summer, this place doesn't come nowhere near being packed at all! This area is prime for peace & space to thong at. My only gripes are that because it's so expansive and flat, when it gets windy, prepare to eventually be coated in sand. Umbrellas or wind-blockers will be your best friend, because you WILL be buried in due-time. Take it from me, it's not easily ignored and can spoil your day. Protect yourself and don't get sand-blasted!
Overall: I give this beach a 5 out of 5 rating!
To me, the complaints about the wind blowing all that sand in your face is easily avoidable, but everything else is an A+, that's why I come back again & again! It's gonna be tough to move on from this one, but there's other beaches to review first-hand to save y'all time & money. Over here, invite friends, take sexy pictures,  bring a good speaker with great tunes, take some snacks and yummy cocktails! I can't think of a legitimate reason NOT to come here! Make the trip and tell me how it goes!
--TL;DR--
  • Beach is down First off of PCH
  • $2/hr parking, lot is never 100% full
  • Impossible NOT to find a quiet spot
  • Unfortunately sandy when windy
  • 5/5 INSTANT favorite
